About Our Finishes
Traditional-
Classic portraiture
with no retouching included. A finishing treatment is applied to
ensure depth and brilliance.
Enhanced-
This fine finish
features retouching to subdue minor facial blemishes on all of your portraits.
Each portrait is then custom cropped to enhance its composition and
close color matching is performed to ensure optimum color values.

Additional
Retouching Fees-
Any poses ordered
with the Enhanced finish may be upgraded to include more extensive retouching.
This service cannot be applied to poses ordered in the Traditional
finish.
Level
1-- $10.00
per pose--removes flyaway hair and softens facial lines.
Level
2--
$20.00 per pose--removes glass glare, braces, severe acne, burns, scars,
whitens teeth and other reasonable requests.

VIEWING
YOUR PHOTOGRAPHS
Your
photographs will be available to view online approximately 4-6 weeks
from your senior portrait session and will remain online for 2 weeks.
Please visit our website at www.seniorphotos.net to access your password
protected images (you will receive a passcode by mail). If you do
not have access to the Internet please contact us at: 732-462-3334.
YEARBOOK
SELECTION
Important!
Your yearbook pose must be selected as soon as possible--you may
order your pose online, over the phone, by mail or fax. The Studio reserves
the right to select yearbook photographs if one is not chosen in time to
meet the yearbook publishing deadline.
PLACING
YOUR PORTRAIT ORDER
Orders
can be placed 24 hours a day by accessing your password protected images
at our website: www.seniorphotos.net. Order forms can also be printed from
our website and either faxed to 732-431-0333 or mailed with payment. If
you do not have Internet access or need assistance in ordering, The Studio
representatives are available Tuesday through Friday 10am to 5pm at 732-462-3334.
PLEASE
NOTE: Orders will not be processed until a minimum deposit of 50% is received.
Completed orders will not be delivered until the account is paid in full.
Allow 10 days for checks to clear. All orders take approximately 12-15 weeks
to process.
OUR
RETURN POLICY
Due
to the unique, personalized nature of our products we work hard to ensure
that you will be fully satisfied with your order. If you are not satisfied
with your portraits, you must notify our office of your concerns
within 14 days from the date of delivery and return
all goods received. We will make every attempt to resolve your concerns
and provide the highest quality product. If we are unable to accommodate
your needs we will provide you with a full refund upon the return of
all goods received.
